These channels need new concepts to get your message across and doing so add value to your brand. In this field of change Wester Academy has chosen to focus on current events. Wester Academy intends to offer training courses designed to respond to new practices and pick up on new trends and concepts.

The courses described here are all taught by professionals in their field. It may be guest speakers or business or authors. In addition to these practical input will also becoming a trainer / coach as facilitator present. Together with the trainer you will work on a specific task or plan. Wester Academy focuses on the following three main areas:

2. CRM
Customer relationship marketing is actually a combination of an attitude, a way of thinking and a way to structure your organization. The goal is simple, to keep customers loyal so they maximize their value for your organization and become ambassadors. Reality can be challenging. This program helps you to implement the right mentality and structure.

3. Internet marketing
It's almost classic, but internet has a huge impact on the sale and search behavior of the modern consumer. In this program we will focus on the strategic impact of internet and how internet will impact your business model. After this program you will need to take action on a more operational level.



Product & Brand Management
This is a 2 x 2 day training. That will help you to get a good understanding about the product/brand that you are managing.

CRM
The CRM training will cover the following aspects:
- Customer Value and life cycle
- Customer Segmentation
- Customer contact matrix
- Value based service levels
- Action plan
The training is 3 days divided into 2 sessions. One 2-day session and one 1-day session.

Strategic Internet marketing
This training is a 4 day training session that is given by several experts in the field. First you will get an overview of the latest trends. Then you will start working on what this means for the positioning of your own Brand or Company.
