Wester Academy 20 Years of Automotive Experience

20 years of experience in the automotive field means that the Professionals of Wester Academy can reflect on 2 decades of developments in the automotive industry.



In the International training field Wester Academy has participated in many training development projects. In most cases we and our partners were responsible for the delivery of Train the Trainer sessions. Brands like VW, KIA, Opel, Peugeot and Suzuki all enjoyed the knowledge and passion we bring when developing and delivering programs.



Our programs are structured around the blended learning concept. Depending on your training needs we offer a mix of face-to-face training, on the job coaching and web based learning experiences. Some of our facilitators are also experts in the experiential learning field, on request we can put a program together that will be different than any other training program.

DEEP

DEEP stands for Dealer Excellence Enhancement Program. It is probably one of the most comprehensive programs developed for the automotive industry. It will enhance results for all 4 dealer performance areas:
Sales, Service, Parts and the Workshop.




Wester Academy developed the program and found a trusted partner in Innovam to market DEEP on a global scale. We offer the program through certified trainers/coaches that are able to deliver the right results. Below is an overview of all the different DEEP elements.

Wester Academy Training for Automotive

Wester Academy offers a complete training program for the key functions in a dealership. Here you find an overview of the main programs that all aim in improving customer satisfaction and excellent service and sales. The next matrix shows how important it is to treat your customers well throughout their ownership experience.



Management has a core curriculum on motivation, working with key performance indicators and coaching. In addition to that sales managers, service managers and partsmanagers will have specific additional courses.

Sales can choose from three specialties. Showroom sales, B2B sales (fleet & lease) and use car specialists.


Service has a curriculum that covers cutomer handling skills, planning the workshop, and up- and cross selling.
